- You may exercise these rights by contacting the privacy manager in writing, by phone, or by email. The Company will take action without delay after identity verification.
- Rights may be exercised through a legal representative or authorized agent. In that case, a power of attorney in the form of Attachment 11 of the Enforcement Decree must be submitted.
- Rights to access and suspend processing may be restricted under Articles 35(4) and 37(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
