Video Information Processing Equipment Operation & Management Policy
HL Holdings (hereinafter "the Company") discloses the following matters regarding the installation and operation of video information processing equipment in accordance with Article 25, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 【Installation Basis and Purpose of Fixed Video Information Processing Equipment】
The Company installs and operates fixed video information processing equipment for the following purposes in accordance with Article 25, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
- Facility safety and management, fire prevention
- Personnel access management and control
- Workplace security and crime prevention including theft
- Crime prevention for customer safety
Article 2 【Number of Units, Installation Locations, and Recording Scope】
The Company installs fixed video information processing equipment at the following locations in accordance with relevant laws and posts guidance signs so that data subjects can easily identify them.

Article 3 【Management Supervisor and Authorized Access Persons】
To protect your personal video information and handle complaints related to personal video information, the Company designates a management supervisor and authorized access persons as follows.

Article 4 【Recording Time, Retention Period, Storage Location, and Processing Methods of Personal Video Information】

Processing Method: The Company records and manages matters regarding use for purposes other than the original purpose, provision to third parties, destruction, and access requests of personal video information, and permanently deletes such information in an irrecoverable manner upon expiration of the retention period (in the case of printed materials, shredding or incineration).
Article 5 【Outsourcing of Fixed Video Information Processing Equipment Installation and Management】
The Company outsources the installation and management of fixed video information processing equipment as follows, and stipulates necessary matters in outsourcing contracts to ensure that personal information is safely managed in accordance with relevant laws.

Article 6 【Methods and Locations for Confirming Personal Video Information】
- Confirmation Method: You may confirm by contacting the personal video information management supervisor in advance and visiting the Company.
- Confirmation Location: Culture Team
Article 7 【Measures Regarding Data Subject Requests for Access to Personal Video Information】
You may request access, existence confirmation, or deletion of your personal video information from the operator of the fixed video information processing equipment at any time.
However, this is limited to personal video information in which you appear.
The Company will take necessary measures without delay upon receiving requests for access, existence confirmation, or deletion of personal video information.
Article 8 【Security Measures for Personal Video Information】
Video information processed by the Company is safely managed through encryption measures.
In addition, as an administrative measure for the protection of personal video information, the Company grants differential access rights to personal information,
and records and manages the purpose of access, person accessing, date and time of access, etc. upon access to personal video information to prevent tampering or alteration.
In addition, the Company has installed locking devices for the safe physical storage of personal video information.
Article 9 【Changes to Fixed Video Information Processing Equipment Operation and Management Policy】
This video information processing equipment operation and management policy was enacted on January 1, 2023. When additions, deletions, or modifications are made to the content due to changes in laws, policies, or security technology,
the Company will notify the reasons for and content of such changes through the Company website at least 7 days prior to implementation.
